Uzair Mahboob

I’m an IT technician who enjoys fixing real-world problems quickly—whether that’s supporting day-to-day issues across multiple departments or keeping warehouse operations moving. In my most recent role, I replaced storage drives after a security breach and helped stabilize systems under time pressure.

I also bring hands-on technical experience with networking and hardware. I swapped and organized network equipment—switches and cabling—across a large warehouse floor with minimal downtime, and I installed and ensured new printers were working across the space.

Before that, I worked as a Product Owner Intern at SOTI Inc., where I spearheaded a web-application effort and kept communication flowing with customers. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to track and organize hundreds of support tickets in JIRA, helping the team triage urgent issues and maintain daily execution.

My build-and-iterate mindset shows up in my projects too. I designed and manufactured structural components using SolidWorks and 3D printing, built and wired an electrical subsystem with a microcontroller for automated activation, and ran iterative testing to diagnose bottlenecks. I also developed an iframe-based integration between Zendesk and the SOTI IT platform using JavaScript and REST APIs, including UAT and feedback-driven enhancements.
