At Ratiobox, I architected and independently own a self-hosted AI/RAG platform for a 25-person accounting and bookkeeping firm. I handle the full lifecycle across FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Ollama, Docker, Nginx, and Linux infrastructure.

I built secure document ingestion, metadata-driven retrieval, local-LLM SOP assistance, invoice extraction, JWT authentication, four-role RBAC, audit logging, and production observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Previously at Capgemini, I built phishing detection and Human-in-the-Loop AI systems, annotated AI-agent SFT data, and automated Azure provisioning and CI/CD workflows with Terraform and Jenkins.
