What I'm looking for

I'm seeking full-time, part-time or project-based work in marketing strategy, brand management, marketing analytics, digital marketing, marketing leadership or project management. I'm open to on-site, hybrid or remote work.

At Renera Development, I develop visual concepts and design systems for company communications, from presentations and social media to certificates and messaging-app content. I also turn complex information and data into clear visual formats, using AI tools such as Nano Banana, ChatGPT and Freepik AI in creative production.

At Kalinka Realty, I own digital content and marketing communications and manage the team. I developed campaigns across digital channels, CRM and email; over one year, email open rates rose from 18.3% to 29% and click-through rates from 1.9% to 4%.

At BEST-Novostroy, I helped build the business from the ground up and launched Housebook, an international real estate aggregator. Earlier at Kalinka Realty, I built the official website's content system and designed websites and landing pages in Figma. I also develop marketing strategies and communication systems for real estate projects through my agency.
