At Minth Automotive Europe d.o.o., I led the Manufacturing Automation System rollout for Minth’s largest factory in Šabac, improving achievement and precision rates while reducing scrap by ~30% and boosting long-term profitability by ~20%.

I also drove security and infrastructure projects, including Fortinet firewalls, physical security, and base station infrastructure. I coordinated vendors and on-site execution while minimizing disruption to operations.
