Marija Valjarevic

At Bosch Mobility, I lead platform transition and acquisition projects for international OEM customers, including the Volvo XC90 and Jaguar Land Rover Defender programs. I manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, and coordinate teams across Germany, Serbia and Belgium.

For a capacity constraint ahead of SOP, I led an evaluation of in-house and outsourced production scenarios and developed a comparative decision matrix to support decision-making. I also coordinated quality issue resolution by assessing solution variants and aligning stakeholders on a technical solution, helping avoid a potential product recall.

At Trace One (formerly Selerant), I managed approximately four enterprise PLM implementation projects, including up to three at a time. I led customer workshops and fit-gap activities, translating business and process requirements into functional requirements and implementation scope.

Earlier at Bosch Mobility, I managed customer projects across acquisition, product development and industrialization, and supported program relocations between Bosch Belgium, Bosch Spain and Bosch Serbia. I’m seeking to build on this experience in AI-enabled and technology-driven project environments.
