What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving learning, talent, and HR operations through data analysis, dashboards, process automation, stakeholder collaboration, and meaningful talent insights.

At Deloitte, I support Learning & Talent Services for the UK Member Firm, helping deliver Partner and Director development programmes while turning complex data into clear insights for HRBPs, Directors, and Partners.

I've progressed from Analyst to Senior Analyst and manage LMS administration, facilitator coordination, course operations, dashboards, quality audits, performance data, talent reviews, and succession-planning support. I also created learning-progress dashboards, introduced a Calendly scheduling integration, and supported automation initiatives for ticketing-system migration.

Previously at Amazon, I supported Selling Partners through high-volume phone and email cases while maintaining more than 95% SLA compliance. I enjoy improving workflows, building reliable reporting, and creating better experiences for stakeholders.
