I’m a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with over 8 years of clinical experience supporting patient care, healthcare coordination, and virtual healthcare operations. I’m experienced in telehealth support, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, EMR/EHR documentation, patient communication, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare workflows.

As a Registered Nurse at University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), I deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication. I coordinate patient care activities with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, maintain patient records, monitor treatment progress, and support continuity of care. I also educate patients and relatives on treatment plans, medication adherence, and health management.

Previously, as a Telehealth Support Associate on the AXOCHECK Telehealth Platform, I supported virtual healthcare operations through appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and remote communication support. I assisted patients with telehealth access using WhatsApp video and Zoom, performed patient data entry and EMR documentation, and coordinated workflows with providers to support prescription workflow management while applying HIPAA compliance standards. Earlier in HMO customer care, I verified patient insurance eligibility, coordinated authorization requests, and helped reduce patient waiting time through effective workflow management and professional communication.
