I'm looking to build my career in Human Resources and People Operations, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, and HR administration while growing in a collaborative workplace.

I'm supporting people operations at Kashmiri Beauty by Jiniath, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, salary documentation, attendance, leave, training coordination, and employee relations.

I've also supported HR teams at US-Bangla Airlines, assisting with candidate screening, onboarding, payroll preparation, records, and engagement activities. With a BBA in Human Resource Management, I bring organized documentation, clear communication, and practical experience across corporate and growing-business environments.
