I keep HR data accurate and confidential by maintaining HRIS (Odoo ERP) and generating HR MIS and payroll reports using advanced Excel analytics. I focus on compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and improve workflow efficiency so leaders can make data-driven decisions, backed by results like reducing HR data errors and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
