At Cisco Systems, Inc., I spearheaded resource management for the Australia and New Zealand theatre as part of the APJC Global Staffing Team. I partnered with delivery and project leaders to align onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources with regional demand.
I implemented a Lead and Support model that saved 25K AUD in a quarter by bringing more work to low-cost centers and using onshore resources as lead engineers with offshore support. I also managed workforce planning and utilization, including roll-on/roll-off and project allocation for onsite resources.
At Mindtree Limited, I served as PMO for a strategic business unit and USA-based delivery center, managing demand and supply and planning future allocations for bench resources. At Accenture India Pvt. Ltd., I handled resource planning, project financial management, budgeting, and inventory, including 1600+ devices.
Earlier, as a Resource Manager at ANZ IT Operations India Pvt. Ltd., I managed 1,120 resources and onboarded 800+ within 9 months. My work has also included recruitment at Accenture India Pvt. Ltd. (Source One Pvt. Ltd.), and I hold credentials in Six Sigma Foundation, Project Resource Management, and Data Science – Generative AI Green Belt.
