I own delivery of concurrent enterprise storage QA programs for clients including NetApp and Pure Storage, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and customer commitments.

In my current Senior Project Manager role, I lead a 25–50 member delivery organization and manage project and resource gross margins. I also handle pricing strategy and proposal development for an annual portfolio valued at $1M–$5M.

Previously, as an Associate Project Manager, I coordinated hardware design testing and platform qualification, including assessments of NetApp hardware designs and prototype bring-up with ONTAP software.

Earlier roles included system firmware qualification across BIOS, Service Processor, and ONTAP; escalation work on the Near Store VTL disk-based storage appliance; and coordination of firmware qualification across the LaserJet product line.
