What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute Indigenous STEM education, decolonizing curriculum, anticolonial research, and educator learning expertise with institutions and communities committed to equity, culturally responsive pedagogy, and meaningful partnership.

I lead Pantaleon Consulting Services, advising educational institutions and community organizations on Indigenous STEM education, decolonizing curriculum, and anticolonial research methodologies. Previously, I managed Queen’s University’s NSERC PromoScience Aboriginal Access to Engineering project, creating culturally relevant STEM programming for Indigenous youth and sustaining community partnerships.

Across more than thirty years of teaching in Ontario, Australia, and the Cordillera region of the Philippines, I’ve developed teacher education, graduate instruction, research, and professional learning grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems, culturally responsive pedagogy, and inquiry-based STEM education. My scholarship uses autoethnographic and anticolonial approaches to examine science pedagogy, professional practice, and Indigeneity.
