What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can own technical support and feature requests, improve testing and data validation, and write the documentation and deployment steps teams rely on to ship with confidence.

I’ve spent 2014–2019 at IFDS CANADA as the primary developer and point of contact for technical support and feature requests, handling coding, testing, and bug fixes while authoring documentation and setting up internal development and deployment procedures for enterprise software releases.

Since 2019, I’ve run a private tutoring service where I design individualized learning plans, review course materials and complex problem solutions, and track student performance metrics to continuously adapt instruction through remote video conferencing and in-home sessions.
