At THQ Hospital Kunjah, I planned and tracked projects across infrastructure, equipment, facilities, and services for the Project Management Unit (PMU), Health and Population Department, Government of Punjab. I set timelines and milestones, coordinated vendors and contractors, and kept hospital leadership updated on risks and next steps.
I led the EMR/HIMS rollout and moved paper records into tracked systems. I also built project trackers and status reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
I wrote and improved SOPs and checklists under ISO 9001, and supported initiatives across administration, finance, procurement, HR, stores, and clinical support. I supervised around 200 permanent and outsourced staff across several departments and service areas.
Earlier, at The New Life Rehab and Psychiatric Center, Islamabad, I managed office administration, accounts, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operations. I’m PMP-certified and use AI tools for drafting, analysis, and reporting.
