What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in financial analysis, business strategy, market entry, and data-driven experimentation to solve real commercial problems and grow in an analytical business role.

I co-founded and ran UliN Shop, a multi-platform B2C e-commerce business that reached 10,000+ customers in its first year and sustained approximately 5,000 new customers annually thereafter.

I built unit economics, forecasted quarterly sales and demand, and tested financial hypotheses to improve margins and logistics costs. I also ran A/B tests across marketing, finance, and supply chain using Wildberries analytics, MPStats, and Wildbox.

Alongside my Business Administration and Management degree at Ca’ Foscari University, I’ve led international consulting teams on market-entry, investment-risk, restructuring, and talent-platform cases. My work includes a duty-free Japan market-entry strategy for Kabaj Winery, vertical-farming profitability scenarios for BDO Slovenia, and EBITDA improvement recommendations for a Slovenian apparel manufacturer.
