What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global event strategy, production, and employee experience initiatives, building strong teams, scalable processes, and memorable experiences across international locations.

I lead global B2B and internal corporate events across EMEA and North America, owning strategy, production, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution.

At Moon Active, I led Employee Experience and Workplace Operations across Kyiv and Warsaw for 400+ employees. I delivered 50+ events annually, built the Warsaw office and Employee Experience function from scratch, and scaled it to approximately 300 employees within two years.

I build teams, vendor ecosystems, annual event strategies, and scalable operational processes. I partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, and C-level stakeholders to turn business and people priorities into impactful experiences.
