At LTM (Aerospace), I designed and developed an AI tool to help the Support Team handle Salesforce cases. Its RAG solution processes 10,000+ daily documents with 99% uptime and includes grounded response generation and service monitoring.

On LTM (Agentic RAG SFDC KA), I architected a RAG platform and hybrid retrieval engine for enterprise troubleshooting. I also built pipelines that turn live case logs into knowledge articles, automating 60% of manual documentation workflows.
