At Hybrid Workforces, I architect multi-step LangGraph agents that execute data retrieval, validation, and report-generation workflows autonomously. I also designed agentic AI and RAG capabilities as Python and FastAPI services across Banking, Logistics, Healthcare, Insurance, and Supply Chain.
I built a production RAG chatbot with LangChain and OpenAI embeddings for five active client teams, and developed a voice assistant using Whisper and LangChain agents that reduced internal support tickets by an estimated 30%. I also deployed a document QA bot backed by a MongoDB vector store.
For healthcare and insurance document processing, I built an extraction pipeline with Mistral OCR, Mistral LLM, and LlamaIndex. In a separate healthcare claims project, I combined multilingual embeddings, BM25, and ChromaDB to retrieve OCR content and normalize outputs to a strict claims schema.
Earlier at Hybrid Workforces, I built Python, Flask, and FastAPI backends and more than 100 REST APIs. I led five engineers across 25 automation projects, and integrated machine learning into a bank reconciliation bot that flagged anomalous transactions with 95% accuracy.
