What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance operations role where I can own accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end close, deliver SLA- and audit-ready accuracy, and lead/mentor a team to improve compliance and process efficiency.

I manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, covering invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end close activities. I ensure 3-way matching (PO, GRN, and Invoice) and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with procurement and receiving teams.

I oversee high-volume invoice processing while consistently meeting accuracy standards and SLA commitments. I also manage vendor escalations and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep payments running smoothly.

I mentor team members by allocating workloads, monitoring productivity and ensuring quality output. I conduct performance reviews and training programs to improve consistency and results.

Earlier roles strengthened my accounting foundation through reconciliation of accounts and journal entries, month-end activities, and GST/TDS preparation and reporting. I bring hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, vendor payment reconciliation, fixed assets register maintenance, and finance process control, supported by tools like SAP S/4HANA, MS Office, and Tableau.
