At Vermillion Cosmetics (Mila Beauté), I handle vendor invoice processing, PO/GRN matching, GST validation, GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC eligibility, platform settlements, collections, and outstanding receivables. I also maintain platform-wise MIS and reconciliation trackers while resolving payment deductions, claims, and discrepancies.

Previously at Family Care Consumer, I managed 650+ vendor accounts and high-volume reconciliations for JioMart, Swiggy, Zepto, and Flipkart, alongside accounts for Reliance Retail, Nykaa, Guardian, and DealShare. My structured follow-ups and aging analysis improved collection efficiency by approximately 10–15% while supporting working capital management.

I bring hands-on experience in SAP, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel, with working knowledge of GST, TDS, compliance data preparation, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting. I focus on accurate records, timely payments, efficient collections, and dependable month-end closing.
