What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on work on cloud-native AI platforms, agentic systems, distributed architecture, and reliable enterprise products while shaping technical direction across teams.

At TCP Software, I lead technical direction across web, mobile, and hardware product lines while remaining hands-on in Python. I architected an AI-native agentic platform using Kafka, Google ADK 2.0, Temporal, FastAPI, AWS ECS, Terraform, and MLflow.

I build enterprise-ready AI systems with MCP servers, tool contracts, RAG retrieval, evaluation harnesses, HITL review, observability, durable workflows, and safety boundaries around agent access. I also created a multi-agent development harness that reduced daily development time by about 40% and helped teams adopt verification-first practices.

I’ve delivered a phased update platform serving 3,500 customers and 25,000 devices with 100% uptime, built log analytics processing millions of records, and helped turn around a mobile platform with 300,000+ active users to a 4.9+ star rating.

Previously, I delivered Python, React, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis-Celery, .NET, embedded Linux, React Native, cloud integrations, and enterprise time-and-attendance systems at Cirrus Logic and Time Clock Plus. I’m drawn to difficult platform problems where reliable architecture, practical automation, and cross-team alignment make a measurable difference.
