What I'm looking for

I'm looking for immediate, full-time remote work, with flexibility across time zones and openness to shift work.

At Uziben Nigeria Ltd, I was the first point of contact for clients reporting network faults. I worked each case through to restored service, troubleshooting step by step and escalating unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams.

I kept clear incident records so colleagues could pick up cases, followed up on open issues, and kept clients updated until resolution. I also explained faults and next steps in terms suited to both IT contacts and non-technical users.

When I spotted repeat faults, I raised them with the team and helped shape changes aimed at reducing recurring incidents. I studied Computer Science at University of Benin and am currently self-learning frontend development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
