At Impasto.io, I owned the product backlog and roadmap for an all-in-one LinkedIn automation tool, partnering with a five-person development team to reduce ticket-to-deploy time by about 30%.

I turn user research and stakeholder interviews into clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and shipped features. I led alignment between the CTO, engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, reducing mid-sprint scope changes by about 40% while shipping more than 20 features.

Before product management, I built Impasto's MVP as CTO, defining its product structure, workflows, and automation logic. I also implemented Zapier and Make automations across four business processes, saving about eight hours of manual work each week.

I'm hands-on with engineering and have built products end to end, including AdutorAI, an acquired iOS AI note-taking app that reached 1,000+ downloads. I also lead roadmap, prioritization, and pipeline optimization for ZetaSnap, an AI image-generation tool for e-commerce photography.
