I’m an operations analytics and reporting professional who supports day-to-day performance by maintaining accurate records, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports that teams can act on. I’m analytical and detail-oriented, and I take pride in data validation, documentation, and reporting accuracy.

In my recent roles, I’ve maintained operational records and productivity logs, tracked work orders and service requests, and compiled and verified data for reporting purposes. I’ve also supported process improvements by analyzing datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into performance reporting.

Beyond operations, I’ve built reporting tools—creating Excel workforce dashboards to track attendance, productivity, and KPI trends. I’ve developed customer service metrics tracking reports focused on response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction, and I’ve ensured quality through consistent quality assurance and record management.

My technical focus is Excel-based reporting with advanced capabilities like Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and charting, alongside Google Sheets. I’m currently learning Power BI and SQL through certifications, and I’m pursuing Google Data Analytics and Microsoft Excel credentials to strengthen my analytics workflow and reporting coordination.
