Across remote UK roles, I’ve supported complex cases through debt options such as Debt Relief Orders, Bankruptcy, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Management Plans, Breathing Space, Token Payments, and Write-Off Requests. I build sustainable repayment solutions by completing thorough Income & Expenditure Assessments and maintaining accurate case records.

I bring expertise in Debt Management & Collections, including negotiating payment plans, supporting telephone and digital debt recovery, and liaising with enforcement agents to ensure timely resolution. I also use asset and financial assessment approaches—along with budgeting guidance and specialist referrals where appropriate—to maximise income and reduce expenditure.
