What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a more technical specification writing management position encompassing all disciplines.

As a door hardware consultant and spec writer, I develop Division 008 and 028 specifications for over 50 licensed architects globally. I manage projects from SD through CA, including building code compliance and specification administration.

At McCarthy Building Co., I managed construction projects across hospitality, higher education, retail, and healthcare, with over $1B of completed work on time. I managed cost control across trade disciplines from buyout to closeout.

At Tutor-Perini Corp., I wrote and implemented Storm Water Plans and managed contracts for over 30 subcontractors. I also spearheaded claims and arbitration efforts to recover over $30M related to misrepresented site conditions.
