Gregory Caleca
@gregorycaleca
Senior construction project manager delivering complex federal and mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced and dependable project manager currently managing 25+ construction and programmatic staff on a $100 million National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) program consisting of 80+ task orders at Goddard Space Flight Center and Wallops Flight Facility. I’m highly motivated and client-centric, with a track record of delivering complex projects “on time and within budget,” guided by strong project planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
In my current role at Parsons Corporation, I oversee daily construction activities across federal government, military, mission-critical, and commercial projects. I track daily progress and update construction schedules; coordinate reporting materials; create and maintain program/project budgets and financial forecasts; and develop funding requests, change orders, and purchase requisitions. I also lead client, construction, engineering, and commissioning coordination meetings while supporting project risk assessments.
Previously, I served as a Senior Construction Engineer in Middle East & Africa (MEA), providing on-site support to develop, execute, supervise, and coordinate project packages, and offering technical expertise across civil, structural, and architectural engineering disciplines. Earlier experience includes Assistant Construction Manager for Power and Process Americas and Construction Field Engineer roles delivering heavy civil/structural/architectural work packages (including balance of plant). I’ve also completed FEMA Building Sciences and Technology work on technical standards and guidance to minimize risk from natural hazards, and I bring a broad toolset across Microsoft, SharePoint, Bluebeam Revu, Tableau, Procore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
