I'm looking to join a company where I can gain new skills, grow with the business, meet new people, and contribute as a reliable, self-motivated team member.

I'm currently supporting reception and switchboard operations at iGrow Wealth Investments, where I welcome clients, manage calls and enquiries, coordinate meetings and diaries, and assist with mailings and campaigns.

Previously at NRG Office Solutions, I coordinated third-party service calls across four branches, captured technician time usage, maintained skills profiles, and created quotes and invoices for clients.

I've also supervised Factory Mart operations at Crown National, managing staff, stock orders, cash-ups, customer product queries, files, quotes, and invoices. I’m looking to keep building my skills while contributing dependable administrative and customer service support.
