I seek adjuster or estimator roles where I can apply Xactimate/Symbility expertise, handle high-volume claims, work with collaborative teams, and grow into expanded project or field leadership.

I am a detail-oriented construction and claims professional with hands-on experience as an independent property & casualty adjuster and a background in welding and fabrication. Since February 2024 I have completed over 1,000 estimates covering water mitigation, fire, and storm-related damages, including large rebuilds exceeding $100K.

I am Xactimate LVL 2 certified and proficient with Symbility, producing accurate repair estimates, sketches, photo reports, and written scope narratives to carrier guidelines. I coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and carriers to ensure cost-effective, code-compliant repairs and can manage 20–30 claims per week including full documentation.

My prior roles in insurance brokerage and welding developed strong client communication, project scoping, equipment coordination, and hands-on problem solving. I prioritize safety, rapid-response field operations, and continuous skill development to deliver reliable results under pressure.
