I seek a role leading fintech/product delivery in an Agile, collaborative environment where I can drive payments transformation, mentor teams, and deliver measurable business impact.

I am a results-driven Fintech Project Manager with hands-on experience leading digital transformation and payment-solution implementations across client integrations and eCommerce platforms. I prioritize Agile delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and measurable outcomes.

At Aurus Tech I led complex integrations, implemented Agile practices, delivered projects ahead of schedule and under budget, and built KPI dashboards for C-level stakeholders. As founder and CEO of a digital agency, I scaled operations to 15+ people, delivered 200+ projects, and achieved high client retention through structured processes.

I focus on risk mitigation, process optimization and team mentorship to increase productivity and client satisfaction, and I am pursuing an MBA while keeping current with Generative AI and project management best practices.
