What I'm looking for

I'm looking for product operations, business analytics, or product analytics opportunities where I can improve user journeys, analyze operational data, build dashboards, and contribute to better customer experiences.

At FirstClub, I analyzed end-to-end user journeys, merchandising metrics, and demand trends to improve product visibility, listings, and banner placements.

At Clear (formerly ClearTax), I built Excel dashboards for order fulfilment, pending cases, and operational KPIs. I analyzed order data to identify unresolved tax-filing issues and coordinated resolution workflows to improve turnaround efficiency and customer experience.

I've also built an IoT and machine-learning fall detection system for elderly people using Arduino sensors and Python, comparing CNN-LSTM and Random Forest models to achieve over 90% detection accuracy with low false alerts.

I bring hands-on experience in product operations, business analytics, user journey analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, alongside a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
