What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a social-impact role where I can coordinate education, livelihood, youth-skilling, or community-development programs, engage stakeholders, support field teams, and grow through meaningful capacity-building work.

At REACHA, I coordinated career awareness and training programs across rural Uttar Pradesh, supported community mobilization surveys, maintained MIS reports, and liaised with stakeholders and government departments for beneficiary linkages.

I've also provided personalized home tuition for Grade 1–8 students, designing lessons and using digital learning tools. I bring experience in project coordination, field research, youth skilling, data management, capacity-building workshops, and community-led development.
