What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-centric HR role where I can grow in Learning & Development—building and improving compliant digital learning, supporting onboarding, and using learner and engagement insights to drive measurable impact.

I’m an LMS Associate in People & Culture, designing and developing interactive e-learning modules using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) aligned to global learning objectives and business requirements. I build and deploy courses from content mapping and structure to testing, SCORM-compliant LMS deployment, and ongoing improvements to the LMS catalogue and user experience.

Previously as an HR Associate in Talent & Development, I partnered with the L&D Manager to deliver leadership development for ~200 senior leaders, coordinate program logistics, and use participant data to drive improvements through NPS and engagement scores. I also supported induction for 120+ new hires, delivered personalized welcome kits for 100% of joiners, and analyzed post-training feedback (average rating 4.3/5) to strengthen content and delivery.
