I am an experienced tax consultant, analyst and IT shift leader with a double degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of London and Kazakh-British Technical University. I developed a TFP and multiplicative effects framework and improved retail IT operations, cutting resolution times and ensuring stability.

At Weigandt Consulting I monitored retail IT systems, served as main client contact ensuring 100% SLA compliance for priority incidents, and coordinated shifts and daily reports to maintain stability during peak hours and unplanned downtime. I have cleaned and processed large datasets with R, Python and Stata, conducted in‑depth policy research, and developed predictive models to assess policy impact—skills I apply to tax advisory, client communication, and process improvement.
