At Tyson Foods, I lead end-to-end learning initiatives for professional and frontline employees, from needs analysis through evaluation. I partner with business leaders and HR teams to address capability gaps with learning and non-learning solutions.
I design leadership development programs and blended learning journeys, and administer Workday Learning. I also develop SCORM-based modules with Articulate Storyline and H5P, and use learning data to evaluate programs and guide improvements.
I lead practical AI-enabled learning initiatives, including prompt engineering workshops and workflows using Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Earlier, I worked as a Software Developer at IdvLabs Software and in Technical Support at Peoplise.
