What I'm looking for

I am looking for a Product Design Engineer role (or a hybrid with development) in a technical team, where I will apply a systematic UX approach, solve complex product Design tasks and share my expertise.

I'm more of a designer than a developer, but one doesn't get in the way of the other. 8+ years of experience in design and ± 4 years in web-dev. I undertake the design of complex digital products. He designed Enterprise systems, DevOps tools, Web3 protocol and much more. I specialize in the design architecture of user interfaces, scalable design systems, and UX logic of complex processes (RBAC, multi-step flows, Highload, and data-heavy products) based on research, tests, surveys, and business analytics. I regularly work with development acceleration tools (AI and personal library design) to help shorten the user's path to goals, and improve product manageability. I adhere to a pipeline of processes in design as well as in development that accelerate production.

There is a technical background: React, Node.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Python, Jenkins, I'm learning Rust. This allows me to speak the same language with developers and create realizable design solutions. I am considering the roles of Designer and related roles of Engineer / Product Designer
