Led senior design efforts for the Avocado DeFi wallet and Fluid platform, impacting thousands of active users. Created and maintained scalable design systems, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and PM teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and functional interfaces for complex crypto products and DeFi applications.

Worked directly with the CEO to improve UX through real-time user behavior analysis, watching cursor recordings daily to detect usability issues and friction points. Logged UX problems and rapidly implemented UI/UX fixes based on actual user behavior, helping reduce user confusion and drop-off rates.

Collaborated directly with the founder on landing pages and websites, focusing on clean UX and clear messaging. Led a small design team, acting as the link between design and business, delivering simple, conversion-focused UIs with fast turnaround using Figma.

Participated in several remote design hackathons over five years, focusing on crypto/web3 products and UX challenges. Roles included UX/UI design for dashboards, mobile apps, and DeFi interfaces, delivering clickable prototypes and collaborating with dev teams during short product sprints.

Over the years, actively participated in design marathons, competitions, and creative challenges. Engaged with global design communities to stay sharp, explore new tools, and improve through real feedback and practice.

Completed a full design program covering UI/UX fundamentals, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, and tools like Figma and Photoshop. This course was the launchpad for my career, though most of my skills were honed through real product work.

Completed intensive UX design course by Vadim Pajasu. Focused on deep design thinking, usability research, and solving real product cases. Gained strong practical understanding of how to analyze user needs, map flows, and build meaningful UX strategies.
