I am a dedicated and detail-oriented graphic designer with a strong passion for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials. My experience spans freelance work and roles in retail and logistics, where I have honed my skills in design, communication, and project management. In my current freelance role, I conduct market trend research to create engaging product designs and deliver high-quality product mockups using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I also ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries with empathy and understanding. Previously, at Btrust Supermarket, I designed weekly flyers, banners, and promotional materials while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and customer engagement.

Volunteering as a layout designer for Help for Domestic Worker, I created a 24-page booklet to educate domestic workers about their rights. This project required active communication with the team to align the material with the organization's vision and expectations. My technical skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and MS Office, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
