At The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sierra Leone, I served as a Full-time Volunteer Representative & Area Supervisor (Zone Leader), supervising and mentoring a diverse team of 30+ international volunteers.
I acted as a mediator for interpersonal issues and guest or community grievances, and conducted weekly training seminars and workshops. I also managed regional performance reports, housing logistics, and scheduling.
As a Math Tutor, I taught students at different levels and prepared lesson plans. At ONG Ranontsika, I filled and distributed drinking water containers and maintained cleanliness and quality standards.
