What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote opportunities where I can contribute to efficient operations and continuous improvement, using my customer support, technical support, and administrative strengths to solve problems quickly and improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer service and office support professional, detail-oriented and motivated, with experience across customer support, technical support, data handling, and online support environments. I bring strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to every customer-facing interaction.

At Mascom Wireless, I assisted customers with service inquiries and account support, and I maintained professionalism in fast-paced operations. I also handled administrative and office support tasks, supporting smooth daily workflow through reliable organization, reporting, and goal tracking.

As a Customer Sales Representative for Storms Roadshow, I engaged directly with customers to promote and sell Google products and services, increasing company sales by approximately 20%. I resolved customer concerns, provided product guidance, and maintained accurate sales and customer records.

I’m certified in Google IT Support and Google AI Essentials, and I’m currently building additional capability through Virtual Assistance Studies (Coursera).
