What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a program role in maternal/newborn health or community development where I can lead field execution, coordinate stakeholders, train teams, and drive measurable impact through strong documentation and reporting.

I’m a Program Coordinator currently leading the Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) intervention for ANSH, where I ensure program synergy through close “Stakeholder & Government Liaison” and smooth on-ground implementation. I manage a team of 10–12 KMC-trained nurses, oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews, and coordinate shift scheduling to keep care consistent and compliant with program guidelines.

I strengthen outcomes end-to-end: I conduct daily screening of newborns to identify eligible beneficiaries, monitor deaths, readmissions, referrals, and KMC milestones, and ensure discharge protocols and danger sign recognition are followed with timely medical referrals. I also run post-discharge follow-up via structured calls and visits, maintain Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards, handle inventory tracking and stock management, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry. Alongside this, I generate regular reports and share data insights and challenges with senior program managers to improve program quality and impact.
