What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA strategy, governance, and large-scale delivery programs in banking or financial services, using automation, AI-enabled quality engineering, and risk-based testing to improve release outcomes and reduce business risk.

I've led QA and testing delivery for HDFC Bank corporate lending, customer experience, digital banking, auto loans, and enterprise banking transformations. In my current role at Intellect Design Arena, I lead SIT for corporate lending products and established governance that reduced pre-UAT defects by 35% while increasing edge-case coverage by 40%.

Across QualityKiosk engagements for HDFC Bank, Gulf Bank of Kuwait, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Baroda, IDFC Bank, and other financial institutions, I've managed teams of up to 40 people, budgets up to ₹1.5 crore, and complex releases across lending, payments, internet banking, and core banking platforms.
