At Barclays Global Service Center, I lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and QA delivery for banking and mortgage applications, from test planning through release readiness. I help translate requirements into coverage for critical business journeys and integrations.
For Fast Track Remortgage, I tested customer and application journeys, including API and end-to-end scenarios, negative paths, and downstream outcomes. I also supported UI automation with Selenium.
I coordinate and mentor a 10-member QA team, tracking execution and supporting defect triage and quality reporting. I work with business and technology stakeholders to assess risks and communicate release quality.
I use Java, Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, Postman, and other testing tools, and apply GitHub Copilot and GitLab Duo to support test design, automation coding, and defect analysis. My experience spans banking, mortgage, insurance, and enterprise applications.
