I've led quality delivery for Accenture, HCL Technologies, JP Morgan Chase, and Tata Consultancy Services across banking, healthcare, telecom, and financial services. At Accenture, I drive test strategy, planning, and SIT governance for enterprise applications, including cross-country credit and lending workflows for DLL Rabo Bank.

At HCL Technologies, I led end-to-end testing for mission-critical banking programs and delivered the UOBSend go-live with zero critical defects. I owned SIT across multi-country money-transfer modules, coordinated global stakeholders, and supported a distributed development team to maintain complete test coverage and smooth releases.

My work spans ETL and data warehouse validation, data migration, SQL-based reconciliation, API testing, functional testing, regression, SIT, UAT, and production validation. I've tested healthcare claims, member, provider, and policy data flows for Aetna's MedCompass platform, as well as banking data migrations to Snowflake.

I'm a vocal proponent for quality throughout the SDLC, focused on reducing defect leakage, improving testing workflows, and aligning delivery outcomes with business goals. I'm also building hands-on capability in UiPath automation, ethical hacking, AI security, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment.
