At Parkers Parts Centre, I source automotive components and spare parts at competitive prices, manage front-counter sales, and help customers identify the right products. I also negotiate with suppliers and coordinate procurement schedules to support inventory turnover.

At Grandmark International, I met and exceeded monthly sales targets while supporting customers with parts sourcing and technical consultations. I also visited motor trade clients and handled sales documentation, quotations, invoices, and back-order tracking.

At Salt Cape (Pty) Ltd, I progressed from Driver and Storeman to Salesman and Branch Manager. I oversaw branch operations, stock control, financial administration, dispatch, and logistics.

With the City of Cape Town, I supported municipal housing and rates departments, processing high volumes of email and public inquiries. I also captured rate objection data and provided operational support to internal IT teams; my training includes A+ PC Hardware and N+ Networking certifications.
