What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to enterprise cybersecurity operations focused on endpoint security, identity and access management, security alert investigation, and incident response.

At Greif, I investigate and triage endpoint security alerts with CrowdStrike Falcon, collaborate on remediation, and support secure operations for 10,000+ enterprise endpoints.

I manage identity and endpoint environments through Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Cisco ISE, Entra ID, and Active Directory. I also support VPN, MFA, PingID, and Microsoft 365 services for global users.

Previously at Emtec, I resolved ServiceNow incidents, administered Azure Active Directory access, managed Fortinet VPN and SSO technologies, and automated deployments with PowerShell across 5,000+ devices.
