I am a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, investment, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Currently, I serve as the Head of the Legal Department at BPG Group, where I advise foreign investors on market access conditions and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations. My role involves drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents, conducting legal due diligence, and managing legal risks effectively.

Throughout my career, I have successfully participated in numerous M&A transactions, from initial due diligence to deal closing. My expertise extends to coordinating with state authorities to resolve legal issues and ensuring compliance with local laws. I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese, which allows me to navigate bilingual negotiations with ease and clarity.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality legal work and am committed to safeguarding my company's interests while fostering a professional and dynamic work environment.
