I’m a Senior Paralegal working in Legal & Compliance, focused on helping businesses operate lawfully and confidently. I advise on licensing matters, prepare and submit business license applications, and manage dossiers to secure essential business and sub-licenses with Vietnamese authorities.

I draft, negotiate, review, and advise on commercial agreements, ensuring full compliance with local laws and corporate standards. I also track changes in Vietnamese laws so I can explain how they impact business and international operations, and I prepare legal documentation to protect the company’s rights in court proceedings.

Beyond legal execution, I support compliance program development and delivery—covering Anti-Money Laundering, Personal Data Protection, and Document Retention. I assist with compliance audits and internal investigations, write investigation reports, coordinate stakeholder next steps, and support employee orientation and ongoing compliance training.
