What I'm looking for

I seek a role offering substantive corporate, compliance or dispute-resolution work with cross-border clients, mentorship, and opportunities to lead complex transactions and arbitrations.

I am a bilingual (English–Vietnamese) legal practitioner with four years of experience advising multinational corporations on corporate governance, investment, labour, compliance, and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) matters.

I have drafted and reviewed commercial contracts, internal compliance policies, and litigation documents, and have represented clients in arbitration and court proceedings involving multimillion-dollar claims. My practice focuses on delivering efficient, risk-based, commercially-oirented legal solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.

I graduated with distinction from Hanoi Law University and am currently pursuing an LL.M in Applicatory Business Law. My experience also includes conducting transaction due diligence, liaising with regulatory authorities, and implementing compliance frameworks to safeguard clients’ operations and reputations.
