At I.R.B LAW LLP, I support criminal representation and assist with civil litigation, probate, and family matters. I research legal issues, prepare case documents, and draft submissions for pre-charge and pre-trial matters.
I also prepare Wills and probate documents, and translate legal documents and meeting recordings from French to English. I help keep clients informed about court dates and procedural developments, and maintain case files using Corematter and OneDrive.
At Education for Vietnam - ENV, I researched and provided input on laws relevant to wildlife protection. I also worked on policy and legislative projects, including preparing presentation materials for the Tay Ho People Committee Conference.
Earlier, I trained at the People's Courts of Hoan Kiem and Hai Ba Trung Districts, where I drafted and reviewed legal processes, notified parties of procedural documents, and attended first-instance trials. I hold an LLB from Hanoi Law University and am pursuing an LLM at Faculté de droit, de sciences politiques et de gestion de Strasbourg.
